What we do
Our Services

Rescuing Pets
Our team specializes in rescuing animals that are in difficult circumstances or on the street without protection. We provide safe transportation, immediate first aid and warm shelter for each rescued tail, giving them a chance to start life from scratch.

Animal Licensing
We take care of the legal security of our wards, providing them with the necessary documentation and registration in accordance with local regulations. Our specialists also advise new owners on the licensing and chipping process, so that your new pet is always under reliable official protection.

Finding Pets a Home
The main goal of MARTIN STAR is to find each animal a loving family, where they will be perceived as a full-fledged member of the family. We carefully study the character of each pet and the wishes of future guardians in order to create the perfect pair that will give each other years of happiness and devotion.

Spay & Nuter
We are committed to controlling the number of stray animals, so all our pets are spayed and neutered before being adopted. This not only helps reduce the number of stray dogs and cats in the city, but also has a positive impact on the health and lifespan of the animals themselves.
What Drives Us
Our Mission
Our mission at MARTIN STAR is to be a voice for those who cannot ask for help and a reliable bridge between an abandoned animal and its new loving family. We strive not only to provide a temporary shelter, but to create conditions for the full rehabilitation, socialization and psychological recovery of each animal in our care. Our global goal is a world where every pet has a home and society treats animals with responsibility and compassion.
Get Involved
You can change an animal’s life, even if you can’t take it home. Join the MARTIN STAR community: volunteer for walks, help with food and medicine purchases, or simply share our stories on social media. Your participation is not only financial support, it is the faith of our pets that humans can be trusted again.

Pet Adoption Notes
Adopting VS BUying
Adopting from a shelter is an act of true humanism that saves two lives: the one you are taking in and the one who will be able to take the vacant place in the shelter. Unlike buying, you are not just getting a “breed”, but a loyal friend who has undergone full veterinary training and socialization. By choosing MARTIN STAR, you are not supporting commercial breeding, but giving a chance to a soul that has already experienced loneliness and appreciates human warmth the most.
How to Find the Perfect Pet
Finding the perfect companion doesn’t start with breed, but with a fit between personality and your lifestyle. Our volunteers will help you understand each animal’s temperament — whether it’s an active companion for jogging or a calm cat for cozy evenings. We recommend meeting a few times at the shelter to feel the same emotional connection that will become the foundation of your strong friendship.
